TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders
and redemptions are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel any order
we suspect is related to fraudulent activity. In the event an order or
redemption is in questions, we will send you an email requesting further correspondence
by email and/or phone. If we do not receive a reply within a 24 hour period,
the order in question can be cancelled.
The Boathouse
gift card is good at both our Sunday Park and Rocketts Landing locations.
Electronic Communications
When you
visit our website, place an order or send e-mails to us, you are communicating
with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us
electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on
our website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other
communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal
requirement that such communications be in writing. Your consent to enter into
this agreement electronically covers current transactions only. Future
correspondence relating to other matters (i.e. future orders, redemptions,
customer service inquiries and marketing) will require additional consent.
Payment Options and Billing Inquiries
All prices
are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
When we process credit card transactions, we use high security e-commerce
technology to encrypt your personal information. We use Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) so that only The Boathouse can read your personal information.
All
purchases made on this site will appear as The Boathouse on your credit card
statement. If you have a question regarding the charge on your credit card
statement, please contact billing at 804.744.2545.
Order Confirmation
A
Confirmation Number is generated immediately following the completion of your
order. The same Confirmation Number is emailed to the address you provided
including all of the information you submitted with your order. If you believe
you completed your order but did not receive a Confirmation Number, please
check your spam or junk mail folder in case the email confirmation has been
filtered. Otherwise, it is likely that your order was not submitted
successfully. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
Shipping
The
Boathouse ships via U.S.P.S. within one business day of receiving order.
All orders
are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted that does
not verify with a customer's financial institutions may cause delays.
The
Boathouse is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the
customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Each order can only be shipped to a single
location. If you would like cards to be shipped to multiple locations, you will
need to place separate orders. In addition, if you wish to purchase gift cards
with different card values, you will need to place separate orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Gift cards
are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be
replaced if lost or stolen.
Lost or Stolen Certificates
The
Boathouse will not replace a gift certificate that is lost or stolen after
being received. If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location
within 21 days of the shipment date,
The Boathouse may cancel and replace the
order after review and investigation of the current balance on the lost gift
card.
The
Boathouse will not be responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not
received due to the purchaser or recipient's failure to enter accurate delivery
information, or when 45 days have passed since The Boathouse shipped the gift
card(s).
Expiration
The Boathouse gift card does not expire.
